Centralized policy management for desktop fleets
Bor is a policy management tool for Linux desktop fleets, using an agent that writes and enforces managed policies on enrolled machines. The v0.8.0 release adds support for three new policy types — Mozilla Thunderbird, Microsoft Edge for Business, and Firewalld zones — alongside a full web UI overhaul, finer-grained RBAC, and a security hardening pass. It is designed for administrators who need to centrally manage browser, mail client, and system firewall policies across large numbers of nodes, with tamper protection and automatic restoration of managed files.
