Flip it, stick the landing
Flipsies is a browser physics game where you flip objects onto a target. Each day gives you five objects, with five throws per object — your best throw counts. You launch objects slingshot-style: drag down for more height (and more flips), drag left for more distance. Scoring rewards 100 points per flip, up to 100 for landing near the center of the target, and 50 for a no-bounce landing. Beyond the daily mode it includes Trick shots, Endless, and a Free play mode where you can save your best throw as a GIF. It's made by one person and supported by donations.
Press, drag, and let go to throw objects. Dragging down throws higher (more spin — one flip for a small pull, two for a big one), dragging left throws further, with a height/distance readout and dot guide to help aim.
Every day brings five new objects. You get five throws per object, only your best throw counts, and you can move on after landing one. A streak counter tracks consecutive days played.
A progression mode with set throws and three stars to earn on each, as many attempts as you like. Completing one opens the next.
A continuous mode with a game-over screen and score, for playing beyond the daily set.
Pick any object, target, scene, and distance with unlimited throws. Land something good and save it as a GIF.
Share a result card with your five objects in one picture, a GIF of your best flip, or a 'flip photo' of the whole throw. Your stats page tracks best throw ever and daily points over the last 14 days, and a community map shows where everyone's throws landed.
Each object is thrown slingshot-style: press on it, drag to set height and distance, and release. The goal is for the object to turn over at least once and land upright on the target.
You earn 100 per flip, up to 100 for hitting the middle of the target, and 50 for a no-bounce landing — so a clean single flip can beat a sloppy double. If you flip it, miss the target, but the object stands up anyway, that throw is free (up to twice per object).
The site lists no prices or paid plans. Flipsies is playable in the browser and the solo developer accepts support via a Buy me a coffee link.
