OJCP (Open Job Context Protocol) is an open standard that defines how AI agents discover, reason over, and act on job opportunities. The protocol is governed by an independent steering committee composed of employers, ATS vendors, job boards, staffing agencies, and agent platforms, ensuring no single vendor controls the ecosystem.
