vibez is an open source DAW for electronic music, written in Rust. It structures production around three workspaces in a fixed order: Perform, Arrange, and Mix. You start by performing a track from a 16-pad grid, then arrange what you played on a linear timeline, and finally mix it on a console-style mixer. Capture is the bridge that turns a live performance into editable arrangement clips and automation lanes.
